An ad-hoc virtual team for every project.

Before we embark on any new project, we first go through the process of defining the virtual team which will be assembled for the duration of the project. The team is based on the specific requirements of each company which in turn is determined by the digital strategy. The partner company may have an existing digital strategy or invite Digital360 to help them to define a new appropriate strategy to reach their objectives as a company.

The team will be fluid with different expertise introduced as and when the project plan dictates. But every member will be part of the shared virtual team and will be connected accordingly. We use Slack, Email, Zoom /Teams as our primary means of communication. We schedule regular, monthly team meetings and meetings between individuals as deemed necessary.

We all work to a published project plan which is controlled by the Project Manager. We have a formal kick-off event on an agreed start date and a formal meeting once every milestone has been reached. The virtual team is tightly managed at the director level and lines of communication are always open at this level.

eTurns mobile and web app branding, design & development

CCL is an independent and neutral third party logistic service provider and customs clearance specialist. They approached us to design and develop their eTurns mobile and web app, which allows their customers to carry out their returns, both on mobile and desktop. We designed the app in line with their branding and built it for iOS, Android and the web.
