CGX Training is a clinical trial specialist training provider offering courses to Clinical Trial Professionals. They service corporate, healthcare companies and individual trainees. They approached us to design their brand and website, create and manage their newsletter and social media platforms, as well as run their CRM system and PPC campaigns.

Our step-by-step process.

We followed our 10 step process which started with defining the objectives for CGX new website, brand and social media presence. We had regular meetings with the client, which allowed us to gain a good understanding of their business, including challenges and goals, and their target audience. Especially with regards to the latter, one of the key steps in the process was conducting user research. Once that was completed, we created the website along with the new brand and set up the newsletter. We also created a new image and strategy for their social media platforms.


One of the most important objectives for CGX was to match their position in their industry with their website and online presence. This meant creating a brand, a website and their social media platforms in a way that would appeal to CGX audience, projecting their expertise and unique offering.

Once we had well-defined objectives, we conducted in-depth user research to create user personas that would be representative of CGX target audience. Following a series of interviews with individuals and organisations, we created four user personas that summarised the key goals, traits and challenges of CGX target groups: students, corporate clients, universities and career changers.

The brand logo, colours and typography reflect CGX’s objective, combining a fresh and vibrant look and feel with professionalism and expertise. The website was designed in line with the above objective, offering a delightful and thought-through user experience.
