Specialist recruitment for the global luxury retail sector.

Outside The Box Recruitment is a high-end recruitment company focused on global recruitment within the luxury retail sector. They approached us to build their very first web presence which included creating a job board to promote their current live roles.

We have also created two blog engines, one of which is focused on interviews with top-level industry players. We create and manage their monthly newsletter and run their social platforms.

Our step-by-step process.

To complete the website we followed our design process which includes understanding the client’s requirements and determining what prospective customers’ expectations would be once on the site. 
We wanted to appeal to high-end luxury companies as they would make up the majority of our target audience; it was important to mirror the feel of their own sites and marketing materials.

To create a site which is easy and intuitive to navigate and reflects the brand’s vision and aesthetic.  We wanted to work with Charmain, the Founder and Director of OTB, to create something that would be visually different from their immediate competitors.


Being a creative agency, building a recruitment website was never going to be enough, we wanted to go that little bit further. The result was a unique decision to create two blog engines for the website.
The first blog would be a regular blog highlighting the current news around the company and the industry, much as other companies do. The second blog was designed to share a series of interviews with high level players in the world of luxury fashion and retail.

The Day in The Life series of interviews followed the same format, each month would feature a different player in the global luxury fashion sector.

The reason for this was twofold:

1. The profile of the individual would typically work for a high-profile company such as Ralph & Russo or Hermes, for example. This will give candidates and clients an insight into an individual’s work-day, what their responsibilities are and how they achieved their career position.
2. It would also promote the individuals on social media and to the large following of Outside the Box Recruitment.

Digital360 also manage two email newsletters which are distributed on a monthly basis. The newsletters are segmented into Clients and Candidates, so the contact is tailored to each audience.
