So, what’s new in 2020 for Digital360?
We have decided to double down on our service offering, with the aim of going all out in providing a premium quality service to match our premium quality products. We realise that great quality service, including pre- and aftersales is as important, if not more, than the product itself. We are narrowing our focus on servicing our existing corporate customers with an even higher level of care.
What’s brought about these changes?
We have taken time to totally rethink our wrap-around service to new and existing customers to provide them with the best service possible. After all, we all know that it is much more expensive to gain a new customer than to retain an existing one. We want working with us to be a pain-free, enjoyable experience where your expectations are exceeded both by the quality of our work and the manner in which we execute it, from the start, to project completion, to ongoing support.
Room for “moon shots” in 2020
We also have room for our own “moon shots” – these are digital projects from start-ups or entrepreneurs who have convinced us of the potential of their projects. We do get involved in a small number per year as by their very nature they are high risk. We will be blogging about the two we currently embarked on later this year.
